I debated on whether to succumb to the hype about the antibiotic resistant virus problem or not, but figured I’d err on the safe side and order this. I instructed my 15 year old son to use this on any open wounds he gets at school and put the Staphaseptic in our medicine cabinet. Timing is critical and he understood it. About a week later, he said he had a bite or something on his upper thigh and I advised him to use the Staphaseptic. He said he already had, and continued it for a couple days. The redness did not really go away, so my wife took him into the doctor and turns out it was the dreaded virus. He was placed on a heavy dose of antibiotics and it looks like it is finally starting to respond, but it may have been worse had he not used Staphaseptic. However, don’t rely on it totally — get your child checked if something doesn’t look right.
