In the early 1900’s Artturi Virtanen was one of the first scientists to recognize that these foods contained enzymes that were healthy. After prying open a blister packaged first-aid cream (First Aid Only First Aid/burn Cream Pack, 0.9 Gram, 25-Count Boxes (Pack of 3)), I was lucky enough to cut myself on a sharp end of plastic and try these out!
